Our HOA helps preserve property values, maintain common areas, and ensure the neighborhood remains safe, attractive, and enjoyable for all residents.
Fees are set by the board and voted on by members on an as needed basis. These fees cover landscaping, common area maintenance, unforeseen weather damage, and community improvements.
Board meetings are held monthly at selected members home, typically on the 3rd Wednesday of each month as member schedules permit.

Invoices for dues are sent out at the beginning of the year and due no later than the end of March of that calendar year. Dues more than 30 days late will incur a late fee of $25. Severely delinquent dues, if left unresolved may result in legal collection actions.
Yes. Any exterior changes, including painting, roofing, fences, or major landscaping, ie removal of trees, require PRIOR approval from the HOA Board. You can find the Request Form under the Document Center tab on the website. Exceptions to this include: Exterior house paint using existing colors, roof shingles using existing color, and trees deemed hazardous by professional arborist with written statement by arborist. Information regarding approved paint colors, fencing materials and other renovation specifics can be found in the CC&Rs located in the Document Center tab.
The HOA maintains common areas, selected landscaping of overhanging tree branches and at both entrances to the subdivision, Homeowners are responsible for their property, driveways, private fences, and hazardous trees on their property.
Long-term storage of these vehicles is not permitted. Temporary approval can be obtained in certain circumstances ie out of town guests visiting.
Rules are enforced through written notices. Continued noncompliance may result in fines.
Correct the issue within the specified timeframe. If you disagree, you may appeal to the board. Appeals must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed at the next board meeting.
