Annual Assessment (Dues)

Per Article X of the CC&Rs, each owner of a lot in the Meadow Wood Subdivision shall be liable for a proportionate percentage of the expenses to maintain the common areas, which is billed to each owner annually as a Regular Assessment (or Dues).  The annual dues were set at $100 per lot in 2021 and remain at that amount through 2024.
