Annual Dues

Per Article X of the CC&Rs, each owner of a lot in the Meadow Wood Subdivision shall be liable for a proportionate percentage of the expenses to maintain the common areas, which is billed to each owner annually as a Regular Assessment (or Dues).  The annual dues were set at $125 per lot in 2025 and will remain unchanged for 2026. Dues are subject to increase (by member vote) as annual budget increases dictate.
