An Annual Meeting for HOA members is normally held each year in February, and the latest was held in February 2024. Notice of this meeting is mailed to all HOA Members well in advance of the meeting, along with the agenda items to be discussed in the meeting. Items discussed in the Annual Meeting include a review of any non-routine expenses in the previous year, the upcoming year's budget, any changes in the annual assessment (dues), prior year Board goals/results, upcoming year Board goals and other items of interest to HOA members.
The Board of Directors generally meets monthly to conduct HOA business, on the third Wednesday of each month. If HOA members are interested in attending a Board meeting, please notify the HOA President via phone or email (see "Contact Us" section of website) to obtain the meeting time, location and agenda.
