The subdivision is governed by Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) to ensure high standards of development, maintenance and corresponding property values. Each property owner in the subdivision is a member of the Homeowner's Association.
Board of Directors
The Meadow Wood Subdivision Homeowner's Association (HOA) is overseen by a five-member Board of Directors elected by the general membership. It is the responsibility of the Board to administer and maintain the development in the best interest of the property owners.

Board members are elected for two-year terms (currently calendar years 2024 & 2025), although mid-term vacancies may be filled by Board appointment to ensure that all positions remain filled.

Comprised of three members, this committee has been established for the purpose of advising the Board of Directors on design and construction standards, especially on new construction or major exterior upgrades.
